Diego Matamoros is a Children First board member, and former principal artist with the Metropolitan Opera and Royal Opera of Turin. He is joined by husband-and-wife duo Lilah Gosman and Miloš Repický.

Lilah is a licensed professional counselor and former educator, and serves as President of the Music for Montauk festival. Miloš is the Hirsig Family Chair in Vocal Studies at the Curtis Institute of Music, and a conductor at the Metropolitan Opera. All three of our guest performers have young children in the Philadelphia Schools, and are excited to be able to support Children First’s mission through this evening of wonderful music.

Children First improves the lives and life chances of our region’s low-income, Black, and Hispanic children by advocating for the building blocks of opportunity — equitable access to high-quality early education, sound health care, effective public schools, as well as dependency and delinquency systems that heal children. We work with and organize parents, youth, and concerned citizens to advance these fundamental requirements of a more just society and a better futures.

Cost: $250 per person concert only.  $500 per person concert and a private dinner.
