The PA Lead-Free Promise Project hosted the “Empowering Change: Strategies for a Lead-Safe Future” Conference on October 21, 2025. This conference provided attendees with important, and potentially lifesaving, best practices to identify and respond to children with elevated blood lead levels — while providing assistance through public health and human services. Identification of gaps in services and resources, key policy issues of funding, and the sustainability of programs were also examined.
