DESCRIPTION:With less than three weeks\, before the release of the new recommendations for a funding formula\, PCCY is calling on concerned citizens in Bucks\, Chester\, Delaware and Montgomery or Philadelphia County to join us for a trip to Harrisburg on June 2nd.
