Pennsylvania missed an opportunity to obtain federal dollars in 2014 by failing to increase the number of children enrolled in Medical Assistance.  Twenty-seven other states received more than $300 million in bonuses created through the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA).
