Grants Benefit School Arts Programs – Philadelphia Tribune – February 10, 2011

The Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY), through the Picasso Project, presented grants totaling $41,000 to 10 Philadelphia public schools Jan. 11 at World Café Live.

The grants, ranging from $2,590 to $4,500, will support cultural arts projects supported by community-based artists and arts organizations.

Schools that received funds include Andrew Jackson School, Kensington Urban Education Academy, Lankenau High School, Henry C. Lea School, McClure Elementary School, Motivation High School, Pennypacker Elementary School, Philadelphia High School for Business and Technology and South Philadelphia High School.
