At this free event, on Tuesday, April 16th at 6pm at the Main Library, you’ll meet the area’s best legal champions for kids and learn how Philadelphia won the right to tax soda companies.  Guest speakers include:

  • Marcel S. Pratt, Esq., City Solicitor, City of Philadelphia
  • Mark Aronchick, Esq., Shareholder, Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller
  • Mayor Jim Kenney will join us to explain how Philadelphia’s Soda Tax is helping to expand high quality pre-k seats and improve recreation centers and libraries.
