Street theater came to the steps of the Montgomery County Courthouse on Thursday to highlight the need for a fair school-funding formula in Pennsylvania.
Three students in Villanova University’s master’s degree theater program took turns giving dramatic readings from “School Play,” a documentary-based live-theater piece underwritten by Ciudadanos públicos para niños y jóvenes to put school funding “center stage.”
