Join us on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm in the Mayor’s Reception Room in Philadelphia’s City Hall for the Picasso Project Grants Award Ceremony.  We will be presenting 15 arts grants to Philadelphia Public Schools for community based arts projects.
