City Council Hearing on Universal Pre-K

Two-thirds of 3-and 4-year olds in Philadelphia do not have access to high-quality pre-k.  Join us for a Philadelphia City Council Hearing on Wednesday, February 18th when Council members will hear testimony on Council Bill 150005.  The bill, if approved will create a task force to develop a plan to implement and fund pre-k for every 3-and 4-year old in Philadelphia.
