WITH CUTS LOOMING, STUDENTS HOLD FINAL PERFORMANCE

WHAT: Students from Bregy Elementary school will hold their final performance of “The Lion King”. With “Doomsday budget” cuts looming, children will no longer take the stage for school musicals.

WHO: Using masks, costumes, and props they created, Bregy Elementary students, winners of a $3,500 PCCY Picasso Project arts grant, will perform a dramatic musical revue of The Lion King. The performance will include movement and dance, drumming, and choral singing.
